About · what this is

    Confidence isn't a personality. It's reps.

iGrow is a private rehearsal room for the conversations that decide careers — a place to practice the raise ask, the pushback, the hard feedback, before the meeting that matters.

    The idea

    Three principles shape everything

01 · Rehearsal, not roleplay. Say it in your own words. iGrow catches the moments you rush, hedge, or apologize — then shows you a cleaner take.

02 · Feedback with a spine. Scored on Brief, Informative, Firm, and Friendly. No vague ‘great job’ — just the sentence that would have landed.

03 · A profile that learns you. Every session sharpens iGrow's picture of how you actually communicate, so the next one meets you where you are.

No vague ‘great job’ — just the sentence that would have landed.

    The method

The framework isn’t ours to claim

Every conversation is scored on the B.I.F.F. framework (Brief, Informative, Friendly, Firm), the response method developed by Bill Eddy of the High Conflict Institute — not a rubric we invented.

We don't paste in testimonials we can't verify. Instead, look at a real, scored report — no signup: see a sample report.

    The people

    Who’s behind it

iGrow is built in Chicago by a sibling founding team. Pallavi brings over two decades of L&D and manager development from Meta, Manulife, and EY; Shantanu built the product after operating roles at Google, Salesforce, Walmart, and EY. 400+ professionals already practice their hardest conversations on iGrow.
